Credit Policy
Deposits and cancellation refunds applied to your Searinity credit balance (same-as-cash) will appear within 24 hours after equipment is confirmed returned in good condition. Refunds returned to your original card may take up to 10 business days to process (3 business days for damage evaluation + up to 7 days for the card refund). If you ever cancel your membership, any remaining credits are returned to your account or card within those same windows.

By joining, you'll only receive emails from us related to perks, discounts, and specials. Your email will never be sold or used in any way beyond keeping you in the loop on things that benefit you.
Password & Account Access
Your password is stored securely in our system and is accessible to Searinity staff for customer service purposes only — for example, if you forget your login credentials and contact us directly. We will never share your password with any third party.
