Stay calm, don't panic and breathe. Panic causes exhaustion, confusion, and dangerous muscular response.

Breathe to know you are above the water and under control so you can now move along the beach and signal.
Signal
Signal for help while moving out of danger. Follow the steps repeatably: Recognize, Calm, Breath, Signal.
This is about saving lives, helping out emergency response and having all beach goers feeling safe and excited to come back.
