I understand that jet ski use carries inherent risks including personal injury, drowning, or death. I confirm I am sober and not under the influence of any substance. I accept full responsibility for my safety and the safety of any passenger. I confirm I am 18+ (or have parental consent), I am aware of Texas boater education requirements (required if born on or after September 1, 1993), I will follow all safety instructions, and I release Searinity and its staff from liability for accidents or injuries arising from my use of the equipment.
I understand that open fires on the beach carry risks including burns, property damage, or fire spread. I confirm I am sober and not under the influence of any substance during fire use. I accept full responsibility for safe fire management, will supervise the fire at all times, and will fully extinguish it before leaving. I release Searinity from liability for fire-related incidents.
I accept responsibility for the tent and provided equipment during my rental period. I understand overnight beach camping carries risks and I take full responsibility for my safety, the safety of my group, and the equipment until it is returned for evaluation. I confirm I and my group will not engage in unsafe conduct while impaired. I will return the equipment in good condition.
I accept responsibility for the canopy and all included equipment during my rental period. I understand weather conditions can be unpredictable and I take full responsibility for my safety while using this equipment. I confirm I and my guests will not engage in unsafe conduct while impaired.
I accept responsibility for the cabana, all furnishings, and included equipment during my rental period. I understand this is premium equipment and I am financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse. I confirm I and my guests will not engage in unsafe conduct while impaired.
I accept responsibility for the beach chair(s) during my rental period and understand I am responsible for returning them in good condition. My $50 deposit covers any damage not attributable to normal use. I accept that any damage or injury from unsafe use while impaired is my sole responsibility.
I am the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) in care. I authorize Searinity babysitting staff to supervise my child(ren) and to seek emergency medical assistance if needed. I understand this service is for ages 6+ and I accept full responsibility for providing accurate information about my child(ren). I confirm I will not be visibly impaired when dropping off or picking up my child(ren).
I accept responsibility for the dance floor and all associated equipment during my event. I understand the pickup is by 3am and late pickup incurs additional fees. I take responsibility for ensuring safe use of the dance floor by all guests, including preventing unsafe conduct by impaired individuals.
I confirm I am 21 years of age or older and that a valid government-issued ID is on file with Searinity. I understand that once alcohol is handed to me or any member of my party, full legal and personal responsibility for that alcohol transfers to me — including any consequences arising from use by minors. Whether my ID is genuine or not, by requesting this delivery I am affirming I am 21+ and accept complete liability for the delivery and its use. Searinity and its runners are released from all liability once delivery is completed.
I accept responsibility for all equipment included in the Sweetheart Package (tent, firewood, dance floor) and acknowledge the risks associated with each. I confirm I and my guests will not engage in unsafe conduct while impaired, especially near the open fire. I agree to the terms covering equipment care, open fire safety, and personal safety.
I accept full responsibility for all equipment and services in the Party Package (canopy/cabana, catering, bar service, DJ/karaoke, dance floor, lighting). I confirm I will manage the event to ensure guest safety, prevent unsafe conduct by impaired individuals, and comply with all terms covering equipment care, food service, alcohol, music, and liability.
I accept full responsibility for all equipment and services in the Corporate Package (location coordination, full catering, bar service, dance floor, lighting, on-site coordinator). I confirm I will manage the corporate event to ensure attendee safety, prevent unsafe conduct by impaired individuals, and comply with all terms covering equipment care, food service, alcohol, liability, and professional conduct.
